The InfiniBand® Trade Association IT Program was formed in May 2001 to provide IT executives with training on the InfiniBand™ Architecture specification and access to the primary architects of the technology. Members of the IT Program will be early implementers of InfiniBand Architecture, will serve as a customer advisory board to the Trade Association, and will benefit from the program by establishing relationships with InfiniBand Trade Association member companies.

Benefits of Membership

Members of the IT Program will receive:

  • Technical training on switched fabric alternatives to serial bus architectures
  • Early access to member companies' InfiniBand plans and programs
  • Become educated on the Trade Association's Compliance & Interoperability Program
  • Gain insight to the new technology and soon-to-be released products
  • Network with vendors, other leading IT executives, and InfiniBand architects at exclusive hospitality events at major IT and InfiniBand Trade Association events
