IBTA PlugFest #43 Registration

Please Complete the following 2 steps:

1. 1. Complete the IBTA Participation and NDA – You do not need to complete the NDA if you have participated in at least one plugfest event since PF33. Any NDA signed after PF33 is permanent and you do not need to sign a new NDA again

1. 1. • Sign and return an electronic version to IBTA

1. • Email IBTA for any questions about the NDA

2. 2. Complete the Registration Form

2. 2. • For Cable Vendors – Complete the Cable Vendor Registration Form

2. 2. • For InfiniBand Device Vendors – complete the IB Device Vendor Registration Form

2. 2. • For RoCE Device Vendors – complete the RoCE Device Vendor Registration Form

2. 2. • For Test Equipment Vendors – Complete the Test Equipment Vendor Registration Form
